They go into a queue and I work through them in order, one at a time. There’s no limit on how many you can submit. The queue approach means each task gets full focus rather than divided attention.
WhatsApp or email whichever you prefer. Describe what you need, share any references or existing brand files, and it goes straight into work. No project management platforms or lengthy intake forms.
We revise until it’s right. Unlimited revisions means exactly that no caps on rounds, no charges for extra feedback. A clear brief typically gets you there in one or two passes.
Yes to both. If you have a slow month, pause the retainer with a week’s notice and resume when you’re ready. If you need to cancel entirely, there are no contracts or cancellation fees.
Absolutely. The majority of my clients are US-based, but the retainer works for any time zone. Everything is handled asynchronously over WhatsApp or email, so geography isn’t a constraint.
Primarily Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Deliverables are provided in whatever format your team needs: PNG, PDF, AI, PSD, SVG.
Freelancers require briefing from scratch, back-and-forth on context, and a new search when they’re unavailable. On retainer, I’m already familiar with your brand after few weeks, your standards, and your preferences, which means faster turnaround and more consistent output over time.
