This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for my design subscription service at sarmadmughal.com. Please read this alongside my Terms and Conditions.

Are There Any Refunds?
Due to the high-quality nature of the work, there are no refunds issued past the first week of service. No refunds will be issued for completed work under any circumstances.
You also have two ways to manage your subscription without needing a refund:
- You can pause your subscription anytime if you don’t need work that month. No payment goes to waste.
- You can try the service first with a 5-day trial for $500 before committing to a full subscription.
1. The First Week Window
For new subscribers, you have the first week of service to evaluate whether the service is right for you. If you decide it isn’t a fit during this window and no completed work has been delivered to you, you may request a refund by emailing hello@sarmadmughal.com.
After the first week of service, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of how much of the cycle has been used.
2. No Refunds for Completed Work
Even within the first week, no refunds will be issued for any work that has been completed and delivered to you. Once a deliverable is in your hands, that work is paid for.
3. You Can Pause Anytime
If you don’t need design work for a stretch (slow month, traveling, between projects), you can pause your subscription instead of cancelling.
- Pausing stops your billing for the next cycle.
- Your unused days/credits are preserved (per your plan terms).
- You can resume whenever you’re ready and pick up where you left off.
To pause, email hello@sarmadmughal.com or use your account dashboard. This is the recommended option if you’re unsure about needing work month-to-month.
4. Try Before You Commit: 5-Day Trial
Not sure if the service is right for you? I offer a 5 working day trial for $500 so you can experience how I work before committing to a full subscription.
- The trial covers one work week (5 business days, Monday to Friday).
- You can submit design requests just like a regular subscriber.
- At the end, you decide whether to continue. No auto-enrollment.
- The trial fee is non-refundable once design work has started.
The trial exists specifically so you don’t have to take a leap of faith. Use it.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime by:
- Emailing hello@sarmadmughal.com with a cancellation request, or
- Following the cancellation steps in your account/Paddle dashboard.
After cancellation:
- You keep access until the end of your current paid period.
- No further charges will be made.
- Final delivered files from your paid periods remain yours per my Terms.
Cancellation is permanent for your current cycle. It does not refund time already paid for. If you might come back, pause instead of cancel.
6. When Refunds Are Not Available
To be clear, refunds are not provided in these cases:
- The first week of service has passed
- The work has been completed and delivered, regardless of timing
- You changed your mind after design work has started
- You didn’t submit enough requests during your billing cycle (use pause next time)
- You forgot to cancel before your next renewal
- You’re unsatisfied with creative direction (revisions are included instead; see below)
- Delays caused by missing briefs, late feedback, or unresponsive communication on your side
- Issues outside my reasonable control (e.g., third-party tool outages)
7. Revisions, Not Refunds
Design is iterative. If you’re not happy with a deliverable, the answer is a revision request, not a refund. Your plan includes revisions. Tell me what’s not working and I’ll keep refining until it’s right.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please email me first at hello@sarmadmughal.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting me may result in your account being suspended and your access to the Service being revoked, regardless of the chargeback outcome.
9. Payment Processor Note
Payments are processed by Paddle (my Merchant of Record) and, in backup cases, Wise. Where a refund is approved, it’s processed back to the original payment method through the same processor and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
10. Statutory Rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory refund rights, this policy does not override those rights. However, please note that for digital and personalized services that begin immediately on your request, many statutory cooling-off rights are waived once work commences, which is the case here.
11. How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation qualifies under this policy (i.e., you are within the first week of service and no work has been completed and delivered), email hello@sarmadmughal.com with:
- Your account email
- The transaction date and amount
- A brief explanation of the issue
I’ll respond within 5 business days.

I may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version.
